Fleeced Consumers; Federal Programs, Departments, Agencies, and DOGE -Part One

by Barbara Ann Jackson

REVISED -October 14, 2025

Is it even possible for President Trump's administration to effectively downsize government and reduce the federal deficit without identifying: persons, organizations, charities, and businesses that (knowingly or not) participate in federal program fraud, waste, and bloated bureaucracies? Since government social programs and funding trigger Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) providers, isn't it past time for Congress to ameliorate decades of nonprofit: racketeering, fraud, identity theft, and exploitation that prey upon targeted classes of citizens?

Such reforms should occur prior to Speaker Johnson's labeling citizens "as" leeches and moochers?  *I reside in House Speaker Mike Johnson's SHREVEPORT home city, unwillingly as a consequence of things such as: NGO racketeering, identity and government benefit theft, the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency –42 U.S.C.§ 5174(e) fraud, as well as due to identity theft.   Dozens of federal departments and agencies tasked with administering disaster recovery services appear to be engaged in thefts of billions of dollars in funding awarded to Louisiana.  *Further discussion on this matter is posted at: http://lawgrace.org/2016/11/28/hocus-pocus-religion-politicized-churches-and-federally-funded-oppression/

Moreover, decades of federally-funded unaccountable SOCIAL SERVICE cartelists have been, and continue to operate here in Louisiana, and expand nationwide.   And, approximately a hundred social services NGOs in Louisiana are owned and or controlled by courtroom judges, assistant DOJ lawyers, religiosity business-churches, and other public officials.  Speaker, Johnson's family also owns various NGOs –aside from NGOs and charities of which Mr. Johnson is a board member.

Attached to this overview, Scrapbook A is comprised of documents and exhibits pertaining tofederal programs, social health, affordable housing, education, social services federal programs, and much more.  SEE:  http://lawgrace.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Scrapbook-A-corrected.pdfMore specifically, Scrapbook A includes: (but is not limited to) Louisiana Legislative Auditor reports, Congressional hearings, Office of Inspector General (OIG) reports, OpEds, new articles, federal court documents –and troves of easily-verifiable topics, entities, and media such as these:
