Fleeced Consumers; Federal Programs, Departments, Agencies, and DOGE -Part One

Is it even possible for President Trump’s administration to effectively downsize government and reduce the federal deficit without identifying persons, organizations, charities and businesses that (knowingly or not) participate in federal program fraud, waste, and bloated bureaucracies? And since government programs and funding triggers NGO providers, isn’t past time for Congress to ameliorate decades of fraud, identity theft, and exploitation against recipients of social services –prior to House Speaker Mike Johnson labeling citizens as leeches and moochers

This piece is a three-part essay. Part one is a brief overview, with an attached Scrapbook of documents and exhibits pertaining social health, education, social services federal programs, and so on.  SEE:  http://lawgrace.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Scrapbook-A-corrected.pdf   My amateur compilation includes (but is not limited to) news, OpEds, new articles, government reports –as well as easily-verifiable topics, entities, and media such as these:
